PASTURE RAISED LAMB

Local. Regenerative.

We are a small group of farms that would like to connect more closely and directly with our customers; bringing you meat that is humanely raised & lovingly grown. Our ultimate goal is to leave our world a little better than how we found it.

From Pasture to Plate

We want to take our customers from pasture to plate, in a very open and interactive journey. We are a small group of mostly women interested in fostering good food, a spirit of community and environmental stewardship.

Humanely Raised & Lovingly Grown

We have 3 main ways to buy lamb: whole lamb, sample bundles, or by the cut. Lambs are butchered at a USDA-certified facility; including vacuum sealing and flash freezing into standard cuts. Purchasing a whole lamb is the best deal, economically speaking. If you don’t have space for a large amount of frozen meat, we recommend sample bundles or cuts!

ABOUT US.

Meredith & Emily were chatting one night about the lack of transparency in our industry and food systems. We decided to start our own co-op to sell and market our high-quality, Maryland Lamb.

We pride ourselves on raising our lambs locally and sustainably. We want to take our customers from pasture to plate, in a very open and interactive journey. Our co-op is women focused and run. We are interested in fostering good food, a spirit of community, and environmental stewardship. Our ultimate goal is to leave our world just a little better than how we found it. Join us on our journey!
